Physiotherapy
Personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy to guide you on the path to a healthier, pain-free life.
The art & science of physiotherapy
Our mission is to guide you on the path to a healthier, pain-free life. From your very first visit, we provide the highest level of care to help you get back to your daily activities as quickly as possible.
Your initial appointment begins with a comprehensive assessment, where we take the time to understand your unique condition and history. Our one-on-one treatment sessions ensure exclusive attention from your dedicated therapist.
Treatment combines manual therapy techniques to improve joint mobility, relieve pain and promote healing, with progressive exercise prescription to enhance your strength and functional capacity. Education is a cornerstone of our approach.

Common questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No — physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners. A referral is only needed for Medicare EPC, DVA, WorkCover or CTP claims.
How many sessions will I need?
Most acute conditions resolve within 3–6 sessions. Chronic conditions may need a longer plan. Your physio will give you a clear timeline at your first visit.
Do you claim private health on the spot?
Yes — HICAPS is available at every clinic so you only pay the gap.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing you can move in — shorts and a t-shirt are ideal. We provide gowns where needed.
No referral needed for private bookings
