Physiotherapist supporting a patient through movement

Within less than 48 hours I was back on my feet. My GP was impressed when she saw me walking normally.

My physio Shreya is fantastic. She doesn't push if I'm not up to exercising. The TENS machine and massage is great.

Can't find what you need? Get in touch

Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No — physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, so you can book directly with us. A referral is only needed if you're claiming through Medicare EPC, DVA, WorkCover or CTP.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Being Physio is a registered NDIS provider supporting plan‑managed, self‑managed and agency‑managed participants. Visit our NDIS page for funding and goal-setting details.

How long is a typical appointment?

Initial consults run 45–60 minutes. Follow-ups are usually 30–45 minutes depending on the service and your treatment plan.

Do you bulk-bill or claim private health on the spot?

We offer HICAPS at every clinic so you can claim private health instantly. Medicare EPC, DVA and WorkCover claims are processed for you.

Can you come to me if I can't travel?

Yes — our mobile team visits homes, residential aged care and community settings across the Sydney metro area, six days a week.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Any relevant scans, referral letters, your Medicare or NDIS information, and comfortable clothing you can move in. We'll handle the rest.
