GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee, not exceeding the cost of the appointment. NDIS-based appointments require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Warranty and Guarantee

Being Physio upholds manufacturers’ warranties for products sold and services provided. These warranties cover specified parts and materials and do not apply to damage resulting from improper use or operator error.
